How Long have you been in business?

-We have been in business for over 5 years in the Edmonton Area.  We have serviced individuals and companies from as far north as High Prairie and as south as Lethbridge.

What is your technical background?

-Most of our experience is listed in the Our Experience section of the site but once you contact us we would gladly offer our resumes for you to review.

Does your company fix just computers?

-Fixing computers is what we did when we first started and its just as fun to work on computers now.  Depending on where you live in the city, we will make arrangements to go to your home but most of the time we can fix your computer over the phone.  We have found that most problems are very fixable and don't require our service but a guiding hand  to help you through the unknown.  Email us or Call to see if we can help.

Our your services expensive?

-Doing computer consulting, we have seen many people invest in companies or individuals because of either they were friends or they had a some computer background.  This lack of experience and foresight can cause your business to waste time and money because of its lack of planning.  We have done enough real projects to be able to see potential pitfalls that will cause your business to fail.  We do bid on projects as a whole but depending on the situation our hourly rate is between $50-$75 dollars an hour.  Like all products, you get what you pay for.  We will make sure that your problem is resolved before we are done and you can rest assured that we will document every minute of work that we did so that we can justify our end cost.

What are your hours during the week to do our home inventory?

We can schedule a time that works for both you and I.  It usually takes about 5 hours to do the entire process of documenting the house.  This of course will depend on the house and what needs to be inventoried.

Is Linux the only OS you work with?

We worked on Windows, Novell, Sun, OS2 and DOS to name a few.  We are very well rounded because most of our clients deal with different computer systems as well as all the courses we have taken to try and keep up with technology.

What if just need some advise?

Most problems that i encounter can be dealt with by using the telephone or by email.  I will only charge if there is an agreement between both you and I for services.  Most of the help emails I receive, I try to make sure that you cannot solve the issue on your own and you do in deed require our expertise.
