Independent Sales Person
We are currently looking for experienced sales professionals to market our Web design and Network services. The Independent Referral Partner (IRP) program is a sales-based commission program. As an SRVTOOLS sales increase, so will their commission percentage.
As an SRVTOOLS rep you will market our services to prospective clients. Based on the information you gather from the client, SRVTOOLS will submit a quote and contract for you to present. Once the client has accepted and signed our design contract, we will take over the design process.
Your work is over! A check will be sent to you after completion of the Web site or Network and receipt of the final payment from the client.

Incentives and Benefits
You may earn up to 20% referral fees! Commissions are paid according to the following schedule:

Independent Referral Partners (IRPs) are Independent Contractors, not employees of SRVTOOLS, Inc. IRPs may not represent themselves as employees of SRVTOOLS, but as independent referral partners.

We take care of all paperwork and billing

Your commission will be issued by check. Checks are mailed on the 15th of the month following completion of the Web site or Network and receipt of the Client's final payment.

It is the IRP's responsibility to notify SRVTOOLS of changes in mailing address.

SRVTOOLS reserves the right to terminate our relationship with an IRP at any time at our sole discretion. Any outstanding commissions will be mailed in the usual time frame
